While we strive for the highest standards of care, the hospital does not guarantee specific medical outcomes. Treatment results may vary based on individual patient conditions and other variables.

c) Emergency Services

For emergencies, patients are advised to contact the hospital immediately or visit our Emergency Department. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to external circumstances beyond our control.


3. Patient Responsibilities

a) Accurate Information

Patients must provide complete, accurate, and updated medical history, personal information, and any prior medical reports essential for diagnosis and treatment.

b) Adherence to Medical Advice

Patients are expected to follow the advice, treatment plans, and medications prescribed by the attending doctors. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may impact the effectiveness of care.

c) Consent

Patients must provide informed consent before undergoing any medical procedures, diagnostic tests, or surgeries. Minors must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.


4. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone, or in person.
  • Patients must arrive on time; delayed arrivals may result in rescheduling.
  • Cancellations or changes should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, except in emergencies.

5. Billing and Payment

a) Billing Practices

  • Patients are required to pay for consultations, treatments, diagnostics, and other services as per the rates disclosed at the time of service.
  • Final billing will include consultation fees, diagnostic tests, medications, procedures, and other applicable charges.

b) Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and insurance claims (where applicable).

c) Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per hospital policy and only after approval from the concerned department.


6. Privacy and Confidentiality

Arnish Hospital is committed to safeguarding your personal and medical information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel and used strictly for healthcare purposes.


7. Visiting Policy

  • Visiting hours are regulated to ensure patient comfort and recovery. Visitors are expected to adhere to the hospital’s rules and maintain decorum.

8. Use of Facilities

  • Hospital facilities, including parking, waiting areas, and cafeteria, are provided for patient and visitor convenience. Any misuse or damage caused will result in liability.
